Poultry issued of a natural agriculture, in accordance to the Label Rouge criteria; raised freely in open air, feed with 70% of corn cultivated by local farmers (without pesticides and fertilizer), without antibiotics and growth accelerator. It’s tasty and clients from restaurants in Mahajanga are asking for more.
The very first steps are promising, local farmers also wish to be trained in this production area. Outlets are searched to spread beyond restaurants. Several ways are being explored with local partners, indeed, why shouldn’t we apply the slogan: “1 chicken sold = 1 tree planted”.
